It
has been said that to really know a person, you must first
walk in their shoes. This is what this TASC Journey is all
about. An exercise in taking a walk in a client's shoes.
A walk that hopefully results in you being able to put a
human face on your clients and seeing past the sometimes
harsher exterior they present to you.
